Things have not been going CeeLo Green’s way this last month.
Was it his Twitter presence? The petition condemning said presence after tweets about rape he sent over the weekend? A matter of ratings?
Green’s The Good Life premiered in June.
After CeeLo Green pled no contest to charges stemming from a 2012 incident in which he was accused of giving a 33-year-old woman ecstasy without her consent, the singer took to his Twitter to give his definition of rape.
Usher filled in on CeeLo’s chair for a season previously, but Pharrell is stepping in to keep it warm — at least for season 7.
The singer could be sentenced to up to four years in prison if found guilty of the one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance, according to the L.A. District Attorney.
