Some content from GAME OF THRONES has been leaked due to an HBO hacking and fans are NOT HAPPY!
HBO did confirm that hackers have obtained 1.5 terabytes of data from the company and may have posted the actual script for certain episodes of the current season. They are claiming that more leakes are “coming soon”.
HBO did release a statement to Entertainment Weekly, “We immediately began investigating the incident and are working with law enforcement and outside cyber security firms. Data protection is a top priority at HBO, and we take seriously our responsibility to protect the data we hold.”
This isn’t the first time this has happened. Earlier this year The Netflix series ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK had a similar cyber leak tied to season 5 of the popular show.
Yesterday we talked about George Clooney’s outrage over the publication of a photograph of his son. That didn’t stop him from making the world a better place.
The George Clooney Foundation is planning on opening seven public schools for Syrian refugee children. The Clooney Foundation for Justice made an announcement regarding their partnership with Google, HP and UNICEF to provide education for more than 3,000 refugee children in Lebanon.
George and Amal Clooney confirmed in a statement their commitment of more than $2 million toward education for Syrian refugees. “They have been victims of geography and circumstance, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t hope.”
George and Amal Clooney established the Clooney Foundation for Justice last year to support equity in courtrooms, classrooms and communities around the world.
Celebrities do many crazy things to give their fans tickets, but Katy Perry was taking advantage of that situation to do something good for others. She is offering up tickets for her new tour in exchange for your time and or donation to the Boys and Girls Club of America.
If you donate to the organization you could win general admission tickets. If you actually GO to the center and volunteer you are entered to win VIP tickets and a meet and greet with Katy.
She said, “Actions speak louder than tweets. I think we are all looking for a way to make real change beyond just donating our loose change.”
