If you’re not getting enough sleep expect some negative vibes in your life. All this according to a recent study that says people who are sleep deprived have more trouble staying positive. So how does one get some more sleep time in this busy world we live in? I have an infant so getting rest can be quite challenging but I’ve learned that there are some things you can do to get some shut-eye.
Here are some ways to get more sleep:
1. Plan ahead. Outfits and even meals. This will save time which in turn gives you more sleep time.
2. Make sleeping a priority. Ever feel guilty about slowing down? NO MORE! Just chillax!
3. Disconnect from social media. Yep, those Snapchat and Instagram notifications are keeping you up. Let go!
