Aaron Carter was arrested on Saturday for a DUI and marijuana possession. He says that he was unfairly targeted because he is a celebrity. But, LITERALLY just five days prior he told paparazzi, “You won’t catch ME getting any DUI’s”.
This happened in Georgia around 9pm on Saturday. He was technically pulled over on suspicion of DUI. Then he was arrested because he refused a breathalyzer and drug testing. He was hit with three misdemeanors: DUI . . . possession of less than one ounce of marijuana . . . and possession of “drug related objects.”
He was “targeted” inside of an Auto Zone when he went in for help with his car. He said he has a medical license for the marijuana, and was “not in a moving vehicle while arrested and charged with DUI.” He was supposed to be performing at the time of his arrest in Kansas City. His people then tweeted out, “Due to transportation issues, Aaron will not make his set time tonight in Kansas City.”
Nick tweeted out shortly after, “To my brother: I love you no matter what, and if you feel the need to reach for help, I’m here and willing to help you get better.” This is the first DUI for Aaron Carter.
