5 Ways To Stay On That Workout Vibe

So you’ve been working out for 3 days straight ¬†and things are going great but if you’re anything like me once I get distracted…I fail MISERABLY! You won’t see me at the gym for weeks and I find myself making way too many excuses. This time around I’m prepared. Here are 5 things that may help you stay on that healthy lifestyle vibe!

1. Meal prepping

2. Keep healthy snacks in your car.

3. Pack an extra set of workout clothes in your car.

4. Commit to working out at least 3 times a week no matter what. Have a friend remind you.

5. Keep an old pic nearby! I can’t think of better motivation than seeing what your body is capable of.
