Gwen Stefani is being sued by a concert goer. A person who attended one her her shows in Charlotte North Carolina last summer claims she suffered serious injuries as a result of stage rushing and is suing the singer herself for more than $75,000.
She said Stefani encouraged fans on the lawn to “fill in” in certain areas. This one particular concert goer purchased reserved seating tickets for more money so that she didn’t have to be cramped and crowed.
She claims the encouragement from the singer caused mass chaos and security barricades to be crossed causing the concert goer to suffer several physical injuries including a broken leg which required surgery. She is suing not only Stefani, but also Live Nation.
