Ughhh..just like you I have my share of Mondays where I wish I could just skip the day altogether but in time I’ve learned that ain’t happening! So what to do? Change my perspective on things. I’m a fan of new beginnings. It comes down to setting a goal and telling yourself today is THE day. For example every week I set a new goal.
