People diet all the time. I know I do. With that said I wanted to give some hope for all those hungry souls who are on day three of eating healthy and wanting to give up. I promise that if you know what to expect things may feel a bit easier.
Here are 5 stages of dieting:
1. Making the commitment. “I’ll start Monday.”
2. Eating healthy and hating your life because a burger is all that body is craving.
3. Mood swings. Hope your coworkers understand.
4. Giving up for a day and cheating on your diet. #IRegretNothing face.
5. Getting back on track because somehow you managed to lose some weight and there’s no turning back now.
