Coffee lovers rejoice! Yet another reason why drinking coffee is good for you. According to a recent study drinking four cups before the gym helps you burn more calories. Yup..you heard right.
So here’s how the study proved this theory. They gathered a bunch of competitive male cyclists and split them up into groups based on how much coffee they already drank. Of course the ones who had a cup of joe performed better.
So next time you’re not in the mood for a killer workout….have some coffee!
