Tyra Banks is ALREADY in hot water with AGT and the show hasn’t even aired yet. Banks is under investigation after a contestant on AMERICA’s GOT TALENT has filed a lawsuit against her for abuse. The victim claims that Banks “humiliated” and “physically manipulated and abused “ her on set.
The mother of the victim is the one who actually filed the lawsuit against the production company. Claims state that Banks shook her daughter and pulled her hair back and insulted her performance all while live cameras were on her. The girl did not stop Banks behavior because she was said to be fearful of her.
The production company said they will not air the behavior but will still air the performance. The plaintiffs are seeking a jury trial and are claiming intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, civil battery and civil assault.
