I guess making threats about jail time isn’t going to do much after this story gets out.
Chicago Tribune reports that inmates in the Cook County Jail can now order hot pizza — delivered directly to their cells.
Now, it’s only good for what they call the ‘medium security division,’ but even then….HUH?
How is this possible you ask? Looks like proceeds from sales are going to the “Recipe for Change” program that teaches inmates skills they can use when they’re released.
