It’s ONLY Wednesday and for some the weekend seems too far away. With work and life things can get a little overwhelming but I find that taking some steps to unwind are key to keeping your sanity in check.
Here are 5 things I like to do to just relax. Calm down mija!
1. Grab some fresh air. A walk during lunch break anyone?
2. Pick up the phone and call someone you haven’t spoken too in a while.
3. Listen to your favorite playlist aka 101.9 AMP Radio
4. Start planning your next vacay and visualize..visualize..visualize!
5. Turn your phone off!! Get off of social media for a couple hours.
