Starbucks ‘Unicorn Frappuchino’ Intense Workout!

 

Yesterday was the last day to have Starbucks new drink, the Unicorn Frappuchino… and if you’ve had a lot of them, keep reading!

A medium sized Unicorn frapp includes 59 grams of sugar and 410 calories, which is double the amount of sugar you should be eating per day, which is normal for a Starbucks drink.

Here are the workouts you need to be doing (or at least one of the following) to work off those Unicorn calories:

  • Half mile of lunges

  • 1,000 rows

  • 100 mountain climbers

  • 100 jumpropes

  • 75 kettlebell swings

  • 75 situps

  • 50 pushups
