How To Stay Within Your Calories While Ordering Drinks

 

The weekend is here and you’ve been good all week. Eating healthy and exercising but hey…you gotta have some fun too. Problem?? How do you balance keeping a healthy low calorie diet and still enjoy a yummy drink or two?

Here’s a guide to some low calorie drinks that won’t take you over:

1.  Switch to diet soda.

2. Wine this wine that… a glass of wine contains 150 calories!

3.  Take it easy!  Drink two glasses of water for each drink.
