I’ve been trying my best to eat healthier for many reasons. There’s the weight loss, all the energy you gain and of course the glowing skin..but I get BORED. I hit that diet plateau and I’m back to eating like crazy.
So what to do to get back on track? Here are some things that help. Numero uno is I’m not to tough on myself for having a bad day or two. It is what it is. Also, I adjust my caloric intake. Last, I plan my meals for a week.
The reality is unless you’re obessed with dieting you’re bound to have a day or two of cheat meals. It’s okaaaaay! Just make an effort to get back on track.
