While you’re giving hearts and liking away pics on IG there are some fun workout divas that you should follow. Inspiration is key when it comes to exercise and these ladies do it right! I’ve compiled my favorite five.

For those of you doing FBG 2.1, that's the bar the exercises should be done with. So when you see the weight listed next to each exercise, this is considering a 44lb bar + the additional weight plates to be added πŸ’ͺ If you're using pre-loaded barbells, just be sure the total weight adds up to 44lbs + the additional weight. πŸ’— Barbell Lunges (10 reps x 3): bar + 10-15lbs πŸ’— Barbell Rows (12 reps x 3): bar + 10-15lbs πŸ’— Barbell Military Press (10 reps x 3): barbell only πŸ’— Barbell Squats (8 reps x 3): Minimum bar + 30-40lbs or as heavy as you can πŸ˜‰ πŸ‘‰ OR if you're not adding the additional weight plates, double the reps and complete with just the barbell alone! πŸ’ͺ #fitbodyguide www.annavictoria.com/guides
