I love working out, but sometimes, I get bored with my routine.
If you’re in the same boat, it may be time for you to switch it up! Switching up your routine every now and then keeps your workouts fresh, helps to keep you from plateauing, and stepping outside your workout comfort zone can be fun.
I’m a person who does a bit of cardio, high intensity training, and weights on the regular, so when Jessica Reyes invited me to go to a boxing class, I knew I’d be challenged.
As soon as I walked into the Title Boxing facility, I knew I was in for a serious challenge. There were heavy bags and boxing gloves everywhere, and after signing some paperwork, one of the gym workers proceeded to wrap my hands. I grabbed my gloves and threw, jabs, and uppercuts, and hooks until my arms gave out. After that we did an intense ab work out.
Even though I was dog tired, and I’m now feeling the fruits of my labor right now, it was fun doing something different and working different muscles.
