Shia LaBeouf was kicked out of a bowling alley Wednesday night in LA after getting into a fight with another person. Allegedly, the actor was there drinking beer for about 3 hours before the altercation broke out for unclear reasons. Footage from the incident feature LaBeouf shouting what sounds like “Go back to Tennessee you $%^&* racist, ^&9& YOU!” as he was escorted out of the building by the bowling alley employees. He was rumored to still have on his bowling shoes at the time of the incident, but did return later to gather his things. This isn’t the first time that LaBeouf has been in a situation like this. Back in January he was arrested at a protest for assaulting another man and in February he called the cops on a homeless man for showing up at his door claiming to be Jesus.

You are supposed to walk around barefoot OUTSIDE to gain electrons from the earth and reduce free radicals that is supposed to be healthy for our souls and our bodies.
Iggy Azalea lost 15 pounds……by TWERKING! That’s right, before her video shoot for her song “MO BOUNCE” the pop star said she lost 15 pounds in ONE WEEK by doing what she does best.
“It’s a lot — I went on a meal plan before the video because I knew I would have to be dancing fairly skimply dressed. I did a lot of rehearsals actually, and man I lost 15 pounds in a week dancing to that song!”
She said she didn’t realize how flexible you need to be to twerk. She took classes and got trained on how to properly twerk. Her TWERK TRAINER recommended she take yoga to help. Iggy said, “ I didn’t know you needed to take yoga to twerk, but apparently you do.”
