How To Get A Flat Stomach Without Exercise

Sometimes you can do everything right, but you just can’t get your stomach as flat as you would like it. You exercise, you eat right, you drink a lot of water and you still can’t seem to get the body you want. According to SHAPE MAGAZINE here are a few tips you may not know on how to get a flat stomach WITHOUT exercise.

  1. Take the sugar out of your drink. If you drink coffee, drink it black. If you drink tea, drink it black. If you have to have creamer, try an unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk.  If you drink juice or soda, switch to water. According to the Journal of Nutrition, people that drank sugary drinks gained 27% more abdominal fat than those you chose a better option.
  2. Sneak in a meditation session everyday, even if it’s for a short amount of time. Stress can make us hold on to weight in our midsection.
  3. Stretch your middle section. Apparently this will help you with your ab workout routine.
  4. Eliminate meat for dinner. Make LUNCH your largest meal of the day. Trying a broth based soup or veggies for dinner will help with weight loss.
