Have you ever been in a funk? You know, when for whatever reason your energy is off, and you just feel blah for no reason.
I was in one of these moods earlier this week; for no particular reason at all, I just felt out of it.
Luckily, I’ve overcome my rut, with the help of these simple tactics.
Music has the ability to change your mood. For me, Adele always puts me in an emotional state of mind, whereas Migos pumps me up. The next time you’re feeling down, try listening to upbeat music from one of your favorite artists.
When you workout, you occupy your mind, you get your heart racing, and that gets the blood pumping. When I was in my funk, by the time I completed my workout, I felt refreshed, energized, and pumped up!
Watch a comedy, or just surround yourself with people with good vibes. Laughter is a bad mood’s kryptonite. It’s impossible stay mad or upset or sad while laughing. The next time you’re in a crappy mood, try doing something to laugh the bad vibes away.
