If you’re like me I’m sure you enjoy an occasional bacon filled burger and a side of soda. Unfortunately it’s killing us according to a recent study.
It looks like overeating processed food and sugary drinks contributes to nearly half of U.S. deaths.
In this study researchers used data showing that about 700,000 Americans died in 2012 from heart disease, strokes and diabetes. Don’t panic though! We all know a balanced diet and exercise can change that.
