Getting rid of the last 10 pounds is difficult, we all know that. After having a baby and trying everything from cardio to diet sometimes we hit a plateau.
So I asked some of our listeners for tips.
Here are some of their suggestions:
1) Change workout routine: It’s really easy to get into the same workout habit but adding a few new exercises may do the trick.
2) Drink lots of water: Experts say we tend to confuse hunger with thirst so go for that glass of water before eating. Plus, you’ll feel fuller.
3) Strength training: While many think cardio will make you lose the weight we shouldn’t neglect muscle training.
