Random Ways to Burn Up To 400 Calories

Huffington Post has a list of random ways to burn off your calories without going to the gym. Instead of lifting weights and doing the traditional workouts, check out these fun activities.

  1. Burn 100 calories by playing with your dog for 30 minutes, singing karaoke for 45 minutes or you can cook dinner for an hour.
  2. Burn 200 calories by dancing for 30 minutes, bike ride for 45 minutes, or wash your car for an hour.
  3. Burn 300 calories by gardening for an hour, throwing a frisbee for 90 minutes, or you can shop for two hours.
  4.  Burn 400 calories by helping a friend move for 45 minutes, doing yard work for 90 minutes, or you can bowl for two hours.
