Mariah Carey is paid over seven figures to perform at a wedding in London this past weekend. She sang live and dedicated one of her hit songs, “We Belong Together” to the couple.

A Russian billionaire paid Mariah for his granddaughter’s wedding, a source told US Weekly.  According to the Daily News, the Russian billionaire is Valery Kogan, who owns Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport.

Elton John and Mark Ronson also performed at the wedding joining Mariah. Plus, Antonio Banderas reportedly gave a speech! Mariah admitted to taking a break from social media following her disastrous New Years Eve performance.

A while back ago, Kanye told everyone at the VMA’s that he was running for president in 2024. Looks like there will be another familiar face running, the Facebook CEO- Mark Zuckerberg!

Nothing is confirmed, however he posted on Facebook in the beginning of the month explaining his New Year Resolution. “After a tumultuous year, my hope for this challenge is to get out and talk to more people about how they’re living, working and thinking about the future.”

The post sparked numerous rumors about the possibility of him making a bid for presidency in 2024. Sources close to him reveal that he claims to his staff that he “wants to be emperor.”

He’s been unbiased throughout the entire election but he did do a virtual reality tour of the White House with messages from President Obama and the First Lady, Michelle Obama.

In the middle of a crazy virtual reality demo, live on stage at Oculus Connect today.

Unfortunately, no one wanted his tickets so it looks like he will be attending. NY Daily News reports that he thought the tickets would be in demand, “I got offers before I got them and then everybody balked.”

On Friday, January 20 President-elect Donald Trump will be officially sworn into office. 3 Doors Down, Toby Keith and the Radio City Rockettes will be performing!

A few celebrities have turned down the invitation and one specifically, R Kelly. There were rumors he was going to perform but he shut that down very fast with a tweet, of course.
