Robin Thicke’s divorce drama with Paula Patton is now bringing up a custody battle over their son, Julian. Apparently, US Weekly reports that he is being investigated by the LA County Department of Child and Family Services allegations of child abuse for spanking their six year old son.
The school allegedly reported the incident on January 3 and the department opened up an investigation. The County Department of Child and Family Services have since interviewed Julian and are scheduled to interview Thicke on Thursday.
Patton actually denied Thicke access and filed an emergency order asking the judge to restrict his time with Julian with monitored visits only.
A source close to the couple said that the judge denied her claim and didn’t see anything wrong.
