Justin Bieber will reportedly plead guilty to lesser charges in association with his arrest in Florida earlier this year where he was charged with resisting arrest without violence, a DUI and driving with an expired drivers license.
According to the Miami Herald, Bieber will plead guilty to misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence charges, rather than the original driving under the influence charge.
The paper reports that Bieber will also agree to take a private 12-hour anger management course and make a $50,000 charitable donation to an unspecified charity. This is in addition to paying court-ordered fines and having to “view online videos that depict the stories of real-life, tragic DUI cases.”
This plea agreement will keep Bieber from serving any jail time.
