By Courtney E. Smith

Jhené Aiko has been dominating urban radio with her single “The Worst” for months and it seems that she’s gearing up to finally release her full length album.

After dropping a teaser for “To Live and Die” on Monday (June 23) on social media, the full track has made its way to the internet. It’s the first new music we’ve gotten to hear from her long-awaited debut album, Souled Out which will be released by Def Jam imprint Atrium Records.

Aiko tweeted a few lyrics to the song which, in the style of her previous work, deals with a disastrous love affair. “Where I’m from we live by the love, die by the love,” Aiko sings. “Have mercy on me because I’m just a prisoner of your army of one.”
