Justin Timberlake is bringing the 20/20 Experience to the Amway Center TONIGHT and what better time to post a new top 10, this time of my favorite JT tracks.
DISCLAIMER: This is MY top 10 , not yours and not 102 JAMZ. As always with my top 10 lists feel free to let me know what you think about my list and/or tell me yours in the comments section or on Twitter: @itsMeanJean. Obviously JT has many HITS so I’m sure my list won’t look anything like yours, but I do want to hear yours! Now that that’s out of the way, lets get on with this!
10. “Chop Me Up” (ft. Three 6 Mafia & Timbaland)
Justin Timberlake and Three Six Mafia? Sounds about as random as Katy Perry and Juicy J, but that happened too; see “Darkhorse.” This combination shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise as Three 6 Mafia and JT are from Memphis, Tennessee. This is a really cool mix over a pretty cool Timbaland beat.
Now, although this is JT’s most successful single, as a solo artist, when I first listened to this song I was NOT a fan. Justin clearly can sing, so I wasn’t a fan of the distortion that they used on his voice, BUT the song did grow on me and like everyone else I came to love the song.
8. “What Goes Around… Comes Around”
Justin’s final dig at his ex Britney Spears, was another classic Timbaland track where it seems as though Timberlake is talking about the beginning of the end of their relationship. It was rumored that Britney cheated on Justin, with Kevin Federline, but this song isn’t about their relationship though. We don’t believe you JT haha.
7. “Like I Love You” (ft. Clipse)
I remember seeing JT premiere this song during the 2002 MTV VMA’s, and thinking to myself that this guy is going to do this solo thing, and he’s going to do it well. Having Clipse featured on it (Pharrell connection), was a perfect compliment to introduce two new artists (technically). This is NOT the last time you see a Neptunes produced song on this list.
This will be the only song from the 20/20 Experience to make the list, I will be honest I was a bit disappointed in the comeback, and while it has had its moments overall it was a bit too mellow for me. It was really cool that he did a song to show where he is in his life now, being a newly (and happily married) grown ass man.
5. “Rock Your Body”
Here go those Neptunes again, this was a really fun song that many compared to the late, great Michael Jackson. and how could you not love the line “bet I’ll have you naked by the end of this song.” That takes balls.
4. “My Love” (ft. T.I.)
Fun fact: this Timbaland produced jam was the original place that JT wanted to collaborate with Jay Z, Jigga was unavailable T.I. was and the song was money. Personally, I think having “the King of the South,” on this worked out better than having Jay Z featured on it. I know that might not be popular to say, but again this is my list LOL.
3. “Cry Me a River”
Pop beef? That was unheard of, but when this song came out no matter what Justin said everyone knew this song was aimed directly at Britney Spears. The production, lyrics, everything was just on point with this one, and it also won Timberlake his first Grammy.
2. “Until the End of Time”
One of the great things about JT is that while he is able to do some great pop songs he can slow it down and produce some excellent slow JAMZ and this is a great example of that. This is a great love song, that’s all that needs to be said.
I bet you’re surprised to see this one here, I know many people may disagree, but I prefer Timberlake and the Neptunes over Timberlake and Timbaland

The Neptunes are my personal favorite producers and I believe that they bring the best out of JT. Some label issues stopped them from working together after JT’s first album, but this song is so damn smooth, about saving a girl from a bad relationship. Awesome production, and just a great overall song. “It feels like something’s heating up, can I leave with you?”
What’d you think about my list? Did I knock it out of the park? Or did I miss the mark? Hit the comments and let me know. If you’re going to the show tonight, hope you have a great time!
