Chris Brown Arrested For Felony Assault In Washington D.C.
Stop me when this sounds familiar; Chris Brown is in trouble for letting his anger get out of control. Yeah, you haven’t stopped me because it seems to be something that happens on a regular basis. The troubled singer was arrested early this morning in the nation’s capitol for felony assault.
According to reports, Brown and his bodyguard were arrested at 4:30am in front of the W Hotel in Washington D.C. where Brown was staying after hosting a club event. The incident allegedly happened when two women asked to take a picture with Mr. Breezy, and two men attempted to jump into the picture, he then punched the man after making a homophobic reference, and was later arrested.
Chris Brown is like a cat in the music industry as it seems like he’s got 9 lives, since he commits what seems to be career suicide about once every year, but he somehow keeps coming back. His new album X is scheduled to be released in November, but he might have bigger issues on his hands since he is still on probation for his attack on Rihanna back in 2009, which means he may (but probably won’t) be sent to prison for up to four years for violating his probation. Although he probably won’t since he’s a celebrity.
Chris Brown was pegged to be an icon, but his anger issues continually hold him back from reaching that status and people may just be over him. Wasted talent is the worst thing to me, and continually doing stupid things like this hold him back reaching icon status.
