Tegan and Sara will take the stage at the Hollywood Bowl this October to play a set at the We Can Survive concert headlined by Katy Perry.

The twins told Radio.com that they’re excited to be associated with the Young Survival Coalition–the global organization that is dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer–to which 100% of the profits from We Can Survive will be donated.

“We do often think of cancer as something that affects people who are older,” Tegan said. “I think it’s amazing to bring awareness to some of these cancers that are affecting young people.”

They’re also looking forward to checking out the night’s stellar lineup, handpicked by Perry herself, which includes fellow female acts Sara BareillesEllie Goulding and Kacey Musgraves. But, as the duo admitted, they’re really just hoping Goulding hasn’t forgotten about them.
