Kanye West Gets Comedic In Clip From Unaired HBO Pilot

Kanye West has never been shy about comparing himself to the world’s most successful people.

Earlier this summer, in a notorious New York Times interview to promote his most recent album, Yeezus, the rapper aligned himself with such luminaries as Walt Disney, Henry Ford, Anna Wintour and even exiting NBA commissioner David Stern. He went so far as to call himself the “Steve [Jobs] of Internet, downtown, fashion, culture. “So it’s like a Kanye and Curb show, it’s kind of improvised about the situations and stuff,” Charles said, comparing the show to Larry David’s popular HBO show, Curb Your Enthusiasm (Charles is a longtime Larry David associate who worked on Seinfeld and Curb). “It was really good, but again I think it was too hardcore for HBO.
