REWIND: Inside Rick Ross’ ‘Rape Lyrics’ Protest, Ace Hood Speaks Out For The Bawse

Though Reebok has remained silent over the protests associated with the sneaker company’s spokesperson, Rick Ross, the chatter has only grown louder.

With so much heat aimed at Ross over his lyrics on Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.” record, for which he was accused of glorifying rape, a few character witnesses have finally come to Ross’ defense.

Ross ain’t that type of guy, Ace Hood recently told Jenny Boom Boom from Hot93.7/Hartford. “I’ve known Ross since I jumped in this music industry. He ain’t mean it in no way that would be degrading to women. What they are saying he said, he didn’t he ain’t even say.”

But rapper’s aren’t the only ones to support Ross. One fan told that no amount of protests could stop him from supporting Ross. “I mess with Ross, that’s my boy,” he said. “He’s a big fly dude. I’m going to support him, regardless of anything.”
