Joe Budden has had a busy year so far, with the release of the debut album by his super-group Slaughterhouse. He recently spoke on his possible TV move as a cast member of the popular Love & Hip-Hip reality series.
In an interview with Jenny Boom Boom from Hot 93.7/Hartford Budden confirmed he will be appearing on the new season of Love and Hip-Hop New York this winter. Before his announcement, there have been persistent rumors that he would turn up on a show like Love & Hip-Hop New York, and in fact he was asked back during season one.
“They called me for season one,” he recalled. “I turned that opportunity down.”
But love can change anyone’s tune, and recent rumors that his ex Tahiry will be joining the Love cast for the new season make all the difference for Budden.
“If Tahiri is on there, I’d expect to get a call,” he stated. “Tahiri is somebody I love, so I would do that.”

Fans shouldn’t be expecting any wedding bells in the near future though– appearing on the show and proposing on camera are two entirely different things for the rapper.
“If you turn that screen on in the Winter and Joe Budden is on, guess what he will not be doing?” he hinted about proposing to Tahiry on screen.
Aside from his TV possibilites, and Slaughterhouse album, Budden said he also has a new mixtape called A Loose Quarter A Quarter on the Loose coming in November and a new album to come out soon.
“Hopefully in December,” he teased, before adding coyly, “Hopefully right before my Love and Hip-Hop premiere.” –Bill Sencio, Hot 93.7/ Hartford
