As the Jackson family feud took more bizarre twists, Chris Brown issued a Twitter lecture to the family. Paris, the 14-year-old daughter of Michael Jackson, approved.
After Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, lost custody of the late King of Pop’s three kids, and the paparazzi filmed Janet Jackson grabbing Paris’ cellphone, Brown took to Twitter on Wednesday (July 25) to voice his disapproval of the public spat.
“That Jackson family feud sh*t gotta stop! Stop making y’all business public! Michael was under enough scrutiny,” the singer tweeted.
“Don’t put the kids through the bullsh*t!” Brown added. “Work y’all s*** out as a family and stop giving them the pleasure of f***ing wit y’all! “Love y’all!”
Three days ago, Katherine Jackson was declared missing by Paris and handlers of MJ’s estate amid a bitter family dispute over the Gloved One’s will, which reportedly left out eight Jackson family members including Jermaine, Janet, Randy, and Rebbie.
After Brown’s tough love tweets, an appreciative Paris responded with a heartfelt message of her own: “”@chrisbrown thanks chris<3.”
On Thursday (July 26), Paris, who caused a stir when she announced that her grandmother went missing, published another thank you tweet: “grandma’s here! #thankyougod,” the 14-year-old tweeted. “5 hours of sleep last night, been awake for 23 … time to #hibernate.”
In the latest news, Tito Jackson’s son had been granted temporary guardianship of Paris and her siblings. Despite Brown’s plea, the story continues to unfold in public view. —Keith Murphy, CBS Local
