Kardashians Get Hit With $5 Million Law Suit

The Kardashians were endorsing a brand of diet pills called Quick Trim that some consumers were very unhappy with. They were so unhappy that they decided to sue the Kardashians in the amount of $5 Million for false advertising.

The consumers felt as if overall the pill was a gimmick and that it was impossible for the Kardashians to have lost weight using the pills. According to TMZ

The suit filed in NY by Bursor & Fisher, the Kardashians fed lies to the public through commercials, magazines and social media since 2009 … like when Kim went on Twitter and said, “Our QuickTrim cleanse will be massive! Khloe has already lost so much weight.”

The plaintiffs claim they would NEVER have purchased the QuickTrim products if they would have known the truth … and claim the Kardashian testimonials were completely unsubstantiated.
