Shots were fired when a new song was leaked from [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lil Wayne[/lastfm]‘s highly anticipated album ‘The Carter IV’ titled It’s Good featuring [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Drake[/lastfm] and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jadakiss[/lastfm]. The track which takes shots at [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] and his wife [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Beyonce[/lastfm] now has the internet buzzing.

[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lil Wayne[/lastfm] now has the hip hop world going H.A.M. (no pun intended) after a new song from his upcoming album was leaked with a line dissing hip hop veteran [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm]. On the new record, It’s Good, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lil Wayne[/lastfm] spits, “I got your baby money/Kidnap your b—-, get that ‘How much you love your lady?’ money”.

This apparently all started back in 2009 because of Birdman’s statement about MTV’s standards of [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z [/lastfm]being on the top of the list as the #1 rap artist. Baby stated that Lil Wayne is a better rapper than [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] and Cash Money Records is worth more than Hov. [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Jay-Z[/lastfm] subliminally responded almost 2 years later on his first single H.A.M. off Watch The Throne with the line, “I’m like really half a billion ni–a, really you got baby money, Keep it real with ni–as, ni–as ain’t got my lady’s money”.

That verse has now sparked a feud between the two. Lil Wayne took to the internet to release this statement about the diss record,

I know there won”t be any repercussions behind what I did. I know for a fact music is about perception. You can’t do anything, but perceive what you hear. I know that for a fact. So I can’t ever be upset about someone’s reaction.

Since the record being released, Jadakiss has spoken out by claiming he wants no parts of dissing Jay-Z. Kiss released these statements below via twitter.
