[lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Foxy Brown[/lastfm]’s younger brother and manager, Gavin Marchand, could spend 2 1/2 years in a state prison after pleading guilty to credit card fraud this past Thursday. You probably remember [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Young Gav[/lastfm] from many [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Foxy Brown[/lastfm] videos and songs such as Stylin and BK Anthem.
According to AllHipHop.com, Gav reportedly pleaded guilty to two counts of 1st degree identity theft. On August 10, 2010, Gav and three accomplices tried to use a fake American Express and Mastercard to purchase almost $8,000 worth of merchandise at a upscale fashion boutique by the name of Hermes in Manhattan.
Undercover officers were present at the store at the time of the offense and proceeded to arrest Young Gav and his associates but they fled the scene. They were later arrested after leading police on a high speed chase at 90 mph through Manhattan.
Gavin Marchand will turn himself in on September 28th to receive his prison sentence.
