[mp3com-artist]Freeway[/mp3com-artist] has been out of the main spot light for sometime now but that is not stopping him from working on his latest project…A documnetary about Roc-A-Fella records. He plans on revealing the good, bad and the ugly, raw and uncut!
According to HiphopDX.com:
Instead of dwelling on the negative aspects of the famed label’s history, Free says that his documentary will shed light on how it gave him a second chance and helped out those who were involved.
“They always talk about the negative things – and I’ma talk about that, too – but I’m going to let y’all know about the good times we had. I’m going to let y’all know about the positive things, I’m about to let y’all know about how I was fresh out of jail and I didn’t know where my next dollar was coming from, because I was on house arrest. I couldn’t hustle no more.
As soon as I came off house arrest, I got on ‘1-900-Hustler’ and it changed my life. It’s not only me, it’s everybody else that’s form the hood that was part of State Property and how they changed they life too. I’m going to give y’all the outlook on how things is now and everything.”
I would very interested to know what craziness went on in and behind the scenes of Roc-A-Fella records. I’m sure there will be some back lash from former records execs on this too!
