[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] would probably agree that F.A.M.E is not all that it’s cracked up to be.

[photogallerylink id=28782 align=left]Brown who has negatively and continuously found himself in the public eye for the past 2 years is on a journey fighting for forgiveness while forgiving those who turned their backs on him.

[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] is all geared up to drop his 4th album F.A.M.E which is an acronym for Forgiving All My Enemies. So, just how many enemies does the singer have? Well, in a recent interview with The New York Post’s ‘Page Six Magazine’, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] explains that people in the music industry shut him out and black balled him, including his peers. [pullquote quote="A handful of people stuck by me, including fellow artists Pitbull and Pharrell Williams of N.E.R.D." credit="Chris Brown, Page Six Magazine"] It’s no secret that for [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] it’s been a lonely road for the past two years. Not only has the singer been scrutinized for the 2009 beating of ex-girlfriend [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm], he’s also been criticized by the media and fans for making some bad decisions in the last 24 months. Decisions such as a public apology video released by the superstar in 2009 following the altercation between him and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm] where he appeared to be reading from a teleprompter. Some called the apology non-genuine and wrote him off as being nonchalant to the incident.

Since the altercation, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm] has tried desperately to redeem himself and move on to what he loves, entertaining. However, it seems with every two steps the singer takes forward, the media pushes him three steps backwards. Recently, Chris has reemerged into the media again after more brutal pictures were released of Rihanna following the assault in 2009. The singer also has been in the media for recent nude photos that were leaked of him just last week and not to mention, his upcoming release F.A.M.E. was also leaked to fans this week. [pullquote quote="When most people see certain things happen to somebody, they usually turn away. They don't want to get involved with it because they don't want their name attached to anything negative. " credit="Chris Brown, Page Six Magazine"]

The question is, at what point will the public grant Chris Brown his pardon? He is indeed a good recording artist and though it continues to be ignored, his prior offense against his ex-girlfriend has undeniably hurt his career. If we were to examine the facts, [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Chris Brown[/lastfm]‘s first self titled album ‘Chris Brown’ earned itself a double platinum status and his second album ‘Exclusive’ a triple platinum status.

Chris Brown's Upcoming Album F.A.M.E.

Brown’s third album ‘Graffiti’ which was released following the incident with [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Rihanna[/lastfm] only sold $102,489 copies it’s first week, and over $316,000 albums to date. The singer also immediately lost a multi-million dollar Wrigley’s Gum endorsement following the assault. So, what will be the fate of his upcoming release, F.A.M.E? These days, Brown seems to have positive thoughts about the situation adding that his peers and fans are beginning to open up to him and allow him to reemerge into the spotlight. “They wanna get on the record. They wanna let me back in the door. The last two years, everybody dissed me. But my fans were so dedicated. The way I look at it is, you can’t walk around mad, because then you just prove everybody right that you’re an angry person”, said Brown in his recent Page Six interview.
